💄CAN I PAY IN LOCAL CURRENCY ?

Yes! Our payment provider, Stripe accepts local currencies in JPY, KRW, HKD, TWD, PHP, IDR, MYR, THB, SGD, AUD, USD, GBP and others.

💄WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU PROVIDE?

We only accept credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Discover. 

💄WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?  

Your credit card will be charged once the order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email within 10 minutes of your order being placed.

💄CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT IS VERIFIED?  

Under our terms & conditions, once payment is verified, cancellation of the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

💄WHAT IF I MADE A WRONG ORDER?  

If you made a mistake while making your order, simply send us your complete name, order # and the correct order where you wanted to make. We will be happy to make the necessary changes for you. 

You have to send us the email ASAP before the order has processed (normally the day after you have completed your order). If you fail to do so, you will be receiving the original order. 

-RETURNS & EXCHANGES-  

💄WHAT IF MY MERCHANDISE ARRIVES DAMAGED?  

Our delivery teams treat your order with care so it can arrive in the best condition possible, but if there is any visible damage on the merchandise or to your home during the delivery process, please contact us at info@utsukushi-jcosme.com within 72 hours of the delivery so we can try to replace the damaged item as soon as possible.  

💄WHAT ARE THE RETURN OR REFUND POLICIES?  

Depending on the circumstances (major defect or late package arrival), we will replace the damaged item or ship another item. We do not give any refund. Please take note that we do not accept returns or give any refund if the package is delivered within the delays written on the "shipping page" of our website: https://www.utsukushi-jcosme.com/pages/shipping
